Rakibul Islam — Project Coordinator & Builder ● Algarve, Portugal
Project coordinator who doesn't hand off the build — I run delivery end-to-end and ship the websites and web apps myself, with AI-assisted workflows.
About
(01)Most coordinators direct the work. I also do the work.
I started in Computer Engineering, spent years running operations in hospitality — real deadlines, real customers, no room for slippage — and pivoted back into tech with a habit most PMs never build: shipping the thing myself.
Today I coordinate projects end-to-end — scope, timeline, stakeholders, launch — and I build the actual websites and web apps behind them. AI-assisted workflows let me deliver at a pace and quality that used to need a small team.
That dual position is the point: when I estimate a build, I've done the build. When I promise a deadline, I'm the one who hits it.
